Intake Fee
All patients are charged a one time intake fee of $125 at the time of booking the initial consultation. This covers the fees for setting up your patient portal, administrative time onboarding you with the practice and reserves the 90 minute time slot on the calendar. If you cancel your appointment or decide not to move forward, the intake fee is Non-refundable. The intake fee is not applied toward the cost of your first visit except for the 6 pack with initial consultation bundle for new patients.
Consultation/Initial visit

You will be asked to complete extensive health history questionnaires via email prior to your visit. Laura will spend an average of 30 minutes doing a comprehensive review of your intake questionnaires before your appointment.
You will then have a one on one 90 minute visit. This package also includes:
Elimination diet video instructions with written comprehensive directions and recipes;
Lab orders as needed;
Individualized lifestyle recommendations based on your case.
This does not include the intake fee described above which will be added to your booking fee.
Single Follow up Visit
$350
This 60 minute follow up appointment is a one on one televisit to deepen our understanding of your health;
review test results;
assess your response to interventions and pivot or deepen the treatment plan as necessary.
This can only be scheduled after an initial 90 minute consultation appointment.
